Kitchen

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie

Main duties include (but are not limited to):

• Working both individually and as part of the larger team to produce and serve a variety of different food dishes
• Helping to ensure very high levels of food hygiene and health and safety are attained
  

Key skills and experience:

• Ideally previous experience at CDP level but will consider strong Commis Chef
  
• Passionate about great food, drink and service
  
• Strong team player
  
• Calm under pressure
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Keen to develop them self and others
